4.32

Export shipments under DFRC can be effected from any port 
mentioned in paragraph 4.19 of the Handbook. The DFRC shall be issued with 
single port of registration, which will be the port from where the exports have 
been effected. However for import from a port other then the port of export, TRA 
shall be issued by the Customs authority at the port of export to the Customs 
authority to the port of import.
