  1.  Statement of Exports
  2. Description and Sr. No. in DEPB Rate List of the items  being exported.
  3. C.A. Certificate for Exports
  4. Copy of RCMC.
  5. Copy of IEC
  6. Copy of Registration for Manufacturing
  7. Copy of application submitted for registration with the Registrar of Trade Marks for Brand Registration
  8. Or certificate of brand registration.
  9. Copy of ISO 9002 Certificate.
