  6. Follow up till endorsement is made by Licensing Office.

  3. Audited DEEC Book of Export
  4. E.P. Copy of Shipping Bills
  5. Bank Realisation Certificates
  6. Original Licence in both with condition sheets & Amendments sheets.
  7. Debited sheet of Import with DEEC book of Import
