In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue), No. 12/2002-Customs, dated the 30th January, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub Section(i)vide G.S.R 68 (E) dated the 30 th January, 2002, at pages 2-3, namely:-

(i) at page 2, in line 37, for "for " , read "after ";

(ii) at page 3, -


(a) in line 1, for "substituted" read "inserted";

(b) in line 3, for "69" , read " 69A ";

(c) in line16, for "69", read "69A".
