Authorised dealers may effect, on behalf of their exporter constituents, remittances connected with exports like controlling charges, expenses incurred on dishonoured/ unaccepted export bills, legal expenses related to trade disputes, testing charges etc. provided adequate supporting documents are submitted by the applicants.
