In terms of Notification No.FERA.179/97-RB dated 18th October 1997 issued by Reserve Bank, general permission has been granted to exporters resident in India to export replacement goods free of charge, strictly in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 11.9 - Chapter 11 of the Exim Policy (April 1997 - March 2002) without furnishing a declaration in the prescribed form to the prescribed authority.
