Applications for permission to acquire or transfer immovable property by way of lease exceeding 5 years or by way of mortgage, gift, inheritance, settlement, etc. other than those covered by general permissions referred to in paragraphs 11E 4 and 11E 6 should be made to Reserve Bank in the appropriate form together with relevant documents indicated therein (see paragraph 11E 3 ).
