Travel agents in India may freely arrange consolidated tours to Bhutan for foreign tourists against payment from the tourists or from overseas tour operators in foreign exchange. Indian travel agents may remit the dues of travel agents and hoteliers in Bhutan through authorised dealers. (See paragraph 8B.7)
