Approval of EHTP/STP

6.26

In case of units under EHTP / STP Schemes, necessary approval / permission under relevant paragraphs of this Chapter shall be granted by officer designated by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Department of Information Technology, instead of Development Commissioner, and by Inter-Ministerial Standing Committee (IMSC) instead of BoA.
