G.S.R. (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No. 24/2005-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 13th May, 2005 of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, namely: -
