(i). Developer of SEZ in the Private/Joint/State sector may import/ procure from DTA specified goods without payment of duty and subject to such conditions as may be notified by the Government for the development of SEZ.

(ii). SEZ developer shall be eligible for various entitlements as provided for in the Income Tax Act for developing SEZ.
