Appoints the 15/08/2003, as the date on which the insertion and omission

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (i) and (ii) of section 133 of the Finance Act, 2002 (20 of 2002), the Central Government hereby appoints the 11th day of May,2004 [OLD- 1st day of May, 2004[OLD - 1st day of April, 2004 [OLD -1st day of March, 2004 [OLD - 1st day of January, 2004 [OLD - 1st day of December, 2003 [OLD - 15th day of October, 2003 [OLD -15th day of August, 2003 ]]]]]]], as the date on which the insertion and omission as respectively specified in the said clauses shall take effect.
