Central Excise (No.2) Rules, 2001 the Central Board of Excise and Customs appoints Shri I.R. Soni, Joint Chief Departmental Representative in the Office of the Chief Departmental Representative, New Delhi, as Central Excise Officer and invests him with powers of the Commissioner of Central Excise, to be exercised throughout the territory of India, for the purpose of investigation and adjudication of the case against M/s. Chandra Industries Jalandhar vide show notice C.No.P-13/36/81/9800 dated 5.10.81.
