Notification No. 26/2001-CE(N.T.) Dated 25th May, 2001

Seeks to extend inter warehousing movement of L.P.G.
(Amendments in Ntf. No. 266/67-CE, dt. 28/11/1967)
In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. 266/67-Central Excise, dated the 28th November, 1967 (G.S.R. 1771, dated the 28th November, 1967), namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in clause (i), after sub-clause (zzzu), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely:-
“ (zzzv) Village Tabiji, (District Ajmer), Village Lavera and Village Dilwari Gaderi. (Tehsil Naseerabad), District Ajmer, Rajasthan;

(zzzw) Village Piyala, Tehshil Ballabagarh, District Faridabad, (Haryana);

(zzzx) Madanpur Khadar, New Delhi;

(zzzy) Loni, District Ghaziabad, U.P.”.
In paragraph 3 of the said notification, in clause (a), “or the words “Koyali and Mumbai” the words “Koyali Mumbai and Jamnagar” shall be substituted.

(i) This notification seeks to extend inter warehousing movement of L.P.G. through pipeline to and from Village Tabiji, District Ajmer, Village Lavera and Village Dilwari Gaderi, Tehsil Naseerabad, District Ajmer, Rajasthan, Village Piyala, Tehsil Ballabagarh District Faridabad (Haryana), Madanpur Khadar (New Delhi) and Loni District Ghaziabad (U.P.)

(ii) The Principal notification No. 266/67-Central Excise, dated 28.11.1967 was last amended by notification No. 22/2001-CE(N.T.), dated 10th May, 2001.
