Notification No. 37/2001-CE, dated the 17th July, 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in thepublic interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in thenotification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Departmentof Revenue), No. 43/2000-Central Excise, dated the 18th August, 2000, namely:-
In para 2 of the said notification, for the words and figures “31st day of July, 2001”, the wordsand figures “31st day of July, 2003” shall be substituted.
