Notification No. 32/99-CE(NT), Dated 11th May, 1999
Amendment in Ntf. No. 21/99-CE(NT), and 22/99-CE(NT), dt. 28/02/1999In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57A of the Central Excise Rules, 1994, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do,hereby directs that each of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministryof Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed,shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of thesaid Table.

Dated 28th February, 1999 | In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, the words, figures and brackets read with clauses 119 and 121 of the Finance Bill, 1999, which clauses have by virtue of the declaration made in the said Finance Bill under the Provisional, Collection of Tadex Act, 1931 (16 of 1931), the force of law shall be omitted.
