The Licensing Authority concerned shall issue an IEC number in the format as given in Appendix-3A. A copy of such IEC number shall be endorsed to the concerned banker (as per the details given in the IEC application form). A consolidated statement of IEC numbers, issued by the licensing authority, shall be sent to the Exchange Control Department of the RBI in terms of Appendix-30, as per details given in Appendix-3B.
