12.15 The exporter eligible for Golden status certificate, in terms of paragraph 12.14 of the Policy, shall submit their application in Appendix.1A and shall also enclose self attested photocopies of previous three status certificates alongwith a CA certificate indicating the FOB value of exports in the preceding year. They will be required to surrender current and valid recognition certificate, if any, held by them on date. Such applications shall be filed with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade

[Old 12.15 The exporter eligible for Golden status certificate, in terms of paragraph 12.14 of the Policy, shall submit a simple request enclosing the self attested photocopies of previous three certificates and a CA certificate indicating the FOB value of exports in the preceding year.
