13.3 An application for registration may be made to the concerned registering authority in the form given in Appendix-3Aalongwith the documents prescribed therein.

If the application for registration is accepted, the concerned registering authority shall issue the RCMC indicating the status of the applicant as merchant exporter or manufacturer exporter in the form given in Appendix-3B.
