The EOU / EPZ units may obtain gold / silver / platinum from the nominated agencies either on outright purchase basis or on loan basis with the terms and conditions as given in paragraph 8.59 of this Handbook. The units have to fulfill the export obligation against such gold within a maximum period of 120 days from the date of release of gold on loan basis.
