9.42 SEZ units may sell the goods in the DTA on the basis of self-certification and with prior intimation to the Development Commissioner in writing giving the quantity and value of the goods being cleared into the DTA along with a certificate indicating the foreign exchange inflow and outflow cumulatively up to the end of the previous year.
