Supplier of cut and polished diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones, synthetic stones and processed pearls from Domestic Tariff Area to the Units situated in EOU/EPZ/SEZ shall be eligible for grant of Replenishment Licences at the rate and for the items mentioned in Appendix-30A. The procedure for submission of application for grant of Replenishment Licence as contained in paragraph 8.2 to 8.8 of this Handbook shall be applicable. However, the application shall be made to the Development Commissioner of the EOU/EPZ/SEZ concerned. Such supplies to EOU/EPZ/SEZ are not treated as deemed exports for the purpose of any of the deemed export benefits.
