MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Government of India acting through Director General of Foreign Trade ( herein referred to as DGFT) Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi.

1. Whereas the party has sought issuance of a Star/Super Star trading House certificate/ISEH (strikeout whichever is not applicable) in accordance with terms and conditions as laid down in paragraph 12.1 of the policy; and
   
   
2. Whereas the party intends to achieve an export/service turnover of Rs. ….……………… (the threshold limit of Star/Super Star trading/ISEH, as applicable); over a period of next three years.
