Import Licensing Notes

(1) Hazardous waste in this Chapter is permitted for import against a licence for the purpose of processing and reuse. Appendix II gives a list of the item covered under the category.

(2) Irrespective of the policy shown in this Chapter import of Sealants and Adhesives except those based on starch, gum dextrine, latex, PF, UF, and PVA is freely permitted either in bulk or in consumer pack.
