Import Licensing Notes

(1) Hazardous waste in this Chapter is permitted for import against a licence for the purpose of processing and reuse. Appendix II gives a list of the item covered under the category.

(2) Import licensing Note (1) under Section XVI notes coves the policy on consumer durables including automobiles in SKD/CKD condition or in ready to assemble sets.
