(a) Exhibits of goods included in Parts II & III of the Negative List of Exports & Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of this book except items at S.Nos. 1, 2, 17 & 19 of Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of this book & items at S. DGFT shall be the licensing authority in this behalf.
(b) the exhibits shall be re-imported within 30 days from the date closure of the exhibition, fair, festival or buyer-seller meet; and
(c) if the exhibits are sold in the exhibition, fair, festival or buyer-seller meet the export proceeds shall be repatriated within 30 days from the closure meet.
