Regulate Licence to act as Custom House Agent
Shri/Saravashri................................................................................is/are hereby authorise to transact business as custom House Agent at any Customs Station. This Licence will be valid for three years from the date of its issue.
It is condition of this licence that in the case of a firm or a company, the custom house work shall be transact through one of the following persons:-
