Amendments in the notification - exempts goods manufactured in India and re-imported for repairs / reconditioning / reprocessing / refining / remaking etc.

G.S.R. 880 (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number G.S.R. 744 (E), dated the 14th November, 1995( No. 158/95-Customs, dated the 14th November, 1995), namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 1, in column (3), in item 1, in the proviso, for the word “Nepal”, the words “Nepal and Bhutan” shall be substituted.
