- 26.1
- The Committee shall examine new and full notification submitted under paragraph 1 of Article XVI of GATT 1994 and paragraph 1 of Article 25 of this Agreement at special sessions held every third year. Notifications submitted in the intervening years (updating notifications) shall be examined at each regular meeting of the Committee.

- The Committee shall examine reports submitted under Paragraph 11 of Article 25 at each regular meeting of the Committee.
