Appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla
G.S.R. (E) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla to be-

(i) the Commissioner of Customs, Kolkatta,

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs, New Custom House, Mumbai, and

(iii) the Commissioner of Customs, Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Port Uran, Raigarh,

for the purpose of adjudication of the show cause notice to M/s. Ganapati Exports Ltd. Kolkatta issued vide DRI.F.No.50D/20/96-CI., dated the 29th March 2001 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, D Block, Indraprastha Bhawan, I.P.Estate, New Delhi-11 0002.
