Amendments in the Notification No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), Dt. 21/11/1994 - Gaya Airports – Baggage Loading/Unloading Permitted even if not Brought in/Loaded in Tourist Chartered Flights

S.O. (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely: -

In the said notification, in the Table, in serial number 3 relating to the State of Bihar, in column (3), against item (a) relating to Gaya, for the entries occurring in column (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-


(1)(2)(3)(4)

 
“Unloading of baggage and the loading of baggage.”.
