Amendment in Ntf.No.12/97- Customs (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997 (Karur in Tamil Nadu – Import-Export Cargo Unloading/Loading Permitted)
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.12/97-Customs (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely:-

In the Table to the said notification, against serial No.11 relating to the State of Tamil Nadu, after-entry after (v) in column (3) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely:-

(3)	(4)
“(vi) Karur	Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods."
