Amendment in the Ntf. No. 25/99-Cus, Dt. 28/02/1999 Goods imported for the manufacture of excisable goods - concessional rate of duty.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 25/99-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1999, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, in List A, for S.No.168 and the entries relating thereto, the following S.No. and the entries shall be substituted, namely:-
