Amendment in the Ntf No.12/1997-Cus (NT) Dt.02/04/1997 (New Customs Station at Bari Brahmana, Jammu)
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section(1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.12/97-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely :-

In the Table to the said notification, in column (1), after S.No.5 A relating to the State of Jharkhand and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:-

5B	Jammu and Kashmir	Bari Brahmana, Jammu	Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods
