Attention is invited of all the Importers, Exporters, Clearing Agents and the members of the Trade in
general regarding Custom House website www.mumbaicustoms.gov.in
2. We do share your anxiety in knowing the uptodate status of the of Bills of Entry, Shipping
Bills and Drawback claims. In order to facilitate online information regarding this, we have further
improved our website “ www.mumbaicustoms.gov.in .”The latest updated status of Bills of Entry,
Shipping Bills and Drawback claims including the text and nature of queries is available online by
logging on to our aforesaid website by going to the “trade facilitation” folder and then clicking the
“B/E, S/B, Drawback status link”. On feeding the number of Bill of Entry or the Shipping Bill the status
may be ascertained alongwith the text of the query. The details of Bill of Entry or Shipping Bill will also
be available on E-mail, if the address is indicated in the concerned text box.
3. The website is also linked to the MbPT site to facilitate Cargo tracking, CBEC, DGFT, and
other related websites for notifications and other relevant information. Public Notices issued by New
Custom House, relevant Acts and the organisationsal set up is also available on the Mumbai Customs
website. Apart from this we also have the Tele Enquiry System / IVRS indicating the B/E, S/B,
Drawback status, which is working satisfactorily for last 3 years. The relevant telephone numbers for
