Sub: Transfer of pending appeal cases from Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Mumbai-I to Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Mumbai-II - Regarding

Consequent upon issuance of the Notification No. 83/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 7th October, 2003 appointing the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Mumbai-II as Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Mumbai-I, for the purpose of deciding the appeals filed before the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Mumbai-I on or from 1st January, 1999 to 31st December, 2001, the Trade, Importers/Exporters CHAs is hereby informed that the above mentioned Appeals would now be taken up for disposal by Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Mumbai-II having his Office at Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva and further communication may be made at the above address.
