Sub : Cancellation of prior entry IGM No. 11793
Dt. 28.06.02 arrived per m.v. Glabla Pawer filed by M/S Sai Shipping Co. P. Ltd. Mumabi
All the importer/CHAs and other concerned ar hereby informed that the prior IGM No. 11793 of M. V. Global Pawer was filed on 28.06.2002 and the same was provisionally accepted vied proviso (a) of Sec.30(1) of Customs Act, 1962 but the above said vessel has not been arrived after lapse of 14 days from the date of filling prior IGM.

In the above circumstance, I have no option but to treat the said IGM filed provisionally only as cancelled.

The Bill of Entry noted against the subject provisional IGM, become vied. All concerned are requested to raturn these Bills of Entry to the Import Department and they may claim refund of duty if paid, on such Bills of Entry.

As and when the vessel enters the territorial waters, the fresh IGM is to be filed by the Steamer Agent. All the concerned may file fresh Bills of Entry against the fresh/new IGM.
