Amendments while dealing with import documents-reg.
It is notified for information of the Trade/Importers/CHAs and all concerned that certain amendments have been effected in notification no. 21/2002-Cus. dated 1.3.2002. The text of the notification is reproduced as below :-

G.S.R. 351 (E) :- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide G.S.R. 118 (E), dated the 1st March, 2002, at pages 1 to 102, in line 2, for “0511.90” read “0511.91” or “0511.99”.

All concerned are hereby directed to take note of the above amendments while dealing with import documents.
