Subject : Filing of EGM in floppy format at Service Centre – reg.

In continuation of Public Notice No. 131-2001 dated 5.12.2001 regarding filing of EGM in floppy format, the trade, particularly Shipping Lines and Steamer Agents are hereby informed that filing of EGMs in floppy format is made mandatory w.e.f. 3.5.2002.

All the Shipping Lines, Steamer Agents shall submit EGM in floppy format as per the details given in Public Notice No. 131./2001.
