Sub.: Cancellation of Prior Entry IGM No.5377 of M.V. Derassy Filed by M/s. Sahi Oretrans Pvt. Ltd.
Prior Entry I.G. M. No.5377 of M.V. Derassy was filed on 28-03-2000 and the same was provisionally accepted vide Provision (a) to Sec. 30(1) of the Customs Act, 1962. Even after 14 days the said vessel M.V. Derassy has not arrived.

In the circumstances, I have no option but to treat the said IGM files provisionally only as cancelled.

In the circumstances, all the Importers and their Customs House Agents and other concerned are hereby informed that the Bill of Entry noted against this provisionally IGM, in view of this cancellation become void. They are requested to return these Bill of Entry to the Import Department and they may claim refund of duty if paid on any such Bill of Entry.

As and when the vessel enters the territorial, the fresh IGM is to be filed again by the Steamer Agent, the Importers and their Custom House Agents may file fresh Bill of Entry again the manifest which will be filed by the Steamer Agent again.
