Duty Drawback rates for Non Alloy Steel and Alloy Steel forgings – reg.
Ministry vide their Circular No. 55/2003 Cus issued under F.No. 609/112/2002 DBK dt. 25.06.2003 has deleted the S.S. No. 73.28, 73.29, 73.30 and 73.31 of the Drawback Schedule 2003-2004 with effect from 1st July, 2003. Henceforth, the exporters can avail of the facility of brand rate of duty drawback in terms of Rule 6 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rule 1965.
