Sand & Soil Export to Maldives -Ceiling Enhanced

In exercise of the powers, conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Export and ImportPolicy, 1997-2002 (incorporating amendment made upto 31.3.99), the Central Government herebymakes following amendments in ITC (I-IS) Classifications of Export and Imports items, 1997-2002,(incorporating amendments made upto 3 1st August, 1998).

(i) The following entry shall be inserted in Table B of Schedule 2, under the heading "Salt, Sulphur; Earths and Stone; Plastering Materials, Lime and Cement"
