Sub : Daily list of Imports \ Exports for 2003-04 reg.
1. Attention of the trade is invited to the following rates for subscribing to the Daily list of imports and exports for the year 2003-04.

2. The subscription should be paid by means of Demand Draft\Pay order drawn in favour of Director (Statistics), new Custom House, Mumbai and should be sent to the address of the Director (Statistics), Ground floor, Old building, New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400 038. No cheque payments will be accepted
3. The Subscription for the full year will be applicable for the period 01.04.2003 to 31.03.2001. Subscription for half year will be applicable for the period 01.04.2003 to 30.09.2003 or 01.10.2003 to 31.03.2004 as the case may be.
4. For all the subscriptions received in a month, the Daily List data from the succeeding month shall be sent by registered post. The subscribers may, therefore make payment of subscription amounts before 30.04.2003 for the Daily list data for one year period or six month period commencing from 01.04.2003. the subscribers requiring data for the second half of the year commencing from 01.10.2003 may pay the subscription amount on or before 01.10.2003. Subscription amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. The following details will be made available in the Daily List Data :-
a) Import Data – ITC (HS) code, Description of the item, Quantity, Assessable value, Country of origin, Importer’s name, B/E date.
b) Export Data – ITC (HS) code, Description of the item, Quantity, Fob Value, Port of Destination, exporter’s name, S\B date.
6. The subscribers are requested to indicated the manner of use of the data i.e. whether it is for their personal use or sale \ Publication or web-site.
