Delayed, incomplete or incorrect filing of Import Manifest or Import Report
Attention of all the Importers, Exporters, CHAs and Members of the Trade is invited to the delayed, incomplete or incorrect filing of Import Manifest or Import Report. In this regard, please find enclosed Board’s Circular No.44/2005-CUS issued vide F.No.450/66/2004-CUS-IV dated 24th November, 2005. The contents of this notice may be brought to the notice of members of your Association/Organisation.

Any difficulty faced by the trade may be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
