Sub:- Removal of Budget Day Restrictions for Budget-2007-08-reg.
Attention of all Importers/Exporters, CHAs and Trade is invited to the above mentioned subject, that the Union Budget 2007-08 is likely to be presented at 11.00 a.m. on 28th February 2007.

2. In this regard, the contents of Public Notice No. 19/2003 dated 25.02.2003 are hereby reiterated. Thus, as on any other day, on the Budget day ie. 28th February, 2007 also the importers/exporters shall be free to carry out their import/export activities as per law.
