In  exercise  of  the powers conferred by sub-section (1)of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52  of 1962),  
the Central  Government  hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chennai  to  be  the  Commissioner
of  Customs  for  the purpose of adjudication of the cases pertaining  to  M/s  Wipro  Infotech  Ltd.,  Bangalore  in 
respect of show cause notice No SIIB/83/95 dated  the  26th  September, 1995, issued by  Commissioner of
