CUS NTF NO.58/1999(NT) DT. 27-9-99

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.53/99-Customs (N.T.), dated the 31st August, 1999 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R.617 (E), dated the 31st August, 1999, the Central Government hereby appoints the ommissioner of Customs,ICD,Tughlakabad,New Delhi to be the Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo), New Delhi,the Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo),Chermai, the Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chermai, or as the case may be, the Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo), Calcutta for the urpose of adjudication of the cases pertaining to M/s. Agarwal Distributors (P) Ltd., Delhi in respect of show cause notice, DRI.F.No.50D/35/97-C.I., dated the 8th June, 1999 issued by the Additional Director General, Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
