Appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication), Delhi to be the Commissioner of Customs
G.S.R. (E):- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of notification No. 91/98-Customs (N.T.)
dated the 16th November, 1998 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II,
Section 3, Sub-Section (I) vide G.S.R. 680(E) dated the 16th November, 1998, the Central
Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication), Delhi to be
the Commissioner of Customs for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to the show
cause notices specified in column (3) of the Table below issued by the Additional Director
General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi in respect of the companies, referred
to in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table, namely :-
