Agra airports - amendments for specified purposes
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of
1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance,Department of Revenue,
No.61/94-Customs(NT)
dated the 2lst November, 1994, namely:-
In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial No.16 relating to Uttar Pradesh,
against entry (e) in column (3) relating to Agra in column (4), for the entries thereto, the
following shall be substituted, namely:-
"(1) Unloading of baggage brought in tourist chartered flights and the loading of baggage
in tourist chartered flights.
(2) Loading of export cargo and unloading of import cargo."
