Duty Drawback Rates
In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 3, read with rule 4, of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue, No.31/99-Customs (N.T.) dated 20th May, 1999, namely:-

In the Table annexed to the said notification, for the entries in column 4 against Serial/Sub-Serial numbers specified in column (1) of the Schedule hereto annexed, the corresponding entries specified against the said Serial/ Sub-Serial numbers in column (2) of the said Schedule shall be substituted.

				value subject to a maximum of Rs.20.00 (rupees twenty

42.07				7.5% (seven point five per cent. only) of the f.o.b. value 
				subject to a maximum of Rs.7.00 (rupees seven only) per 
				piece.

42.08				4.5% (four point five per cent. only) of the f.o.b. value 
				subject to a maximum of Rs.4.20 (rupees four and paise 
				twenty only) per piece.

45.04				16.5% (sixteen point five per cent. only) of the f.o.b. 
				value subject to a maximum of Rs.20.00 (rupees twenty 
				only) per number.

57.01				10% (ten per cent only) of f.o.b. value subject to a 
				maximum of Rs. 132.00 (rupees one hundred and thirty-two 
				only) per sq. mt.

57.02				8% (eight per cent only)of f.o.b. value subject to a 
				maximum of Rs. 18.00 (rupees eighteen only) per kg.

62.01				16% (sixteen per cent only) of the f.o.b. value subject to 
				a maximum of Rs.63.00 (rupees sixty-three only) per piece.

62.02				9.5% (nine point five per cent only) of the f.o.b. value 
				subject to a maximum of Rs.53.00 (rupees fifty-three only) 
				per number.

63.11				8.5% (eight point five per cent only) of f.o.b. value 
				subject to a maximum of Rs.8.00 (rupees eight only) per 
				kg.

68.08				16.5% (sixteen point five per cent only) of the f.o.b. 
				value subject to a maximum of Rs.20.00 (rupees twenty 
				only) per number.

73.09				9% (nine per cent only) of the f.o.b. value subject to a 
				maximum of Rs.2.00 (rupees two only) per piece.

74:20				23.5% (twenty three point five per cent only) of f.o.b. 
				value subject to a maximum of Rs.34.60 (rupees thirty four 
				and paise sixty only) per kg.

74.21				15.5% (fifteen point five per cent only) of f.o.b. value 
				subject to a maximum of Rs.23.50 (rupees twenty-three and 
				paise fifty only) per kg.

84.62				16.5% (sixteen point five per cent only) of the f.o.b. 
				value subject to a maximum of Rs.20.00 (rupees twenty 
				only) per number.

85.03				5.5% (five point five per cent only) of the f.o.b. value 
				subject to a maximum of Rs.8.80 (rupees eight paise eight 
				only) per unit.

95.02				6.5% (six point five per cent only) of f.o.b. value 
				subject to a maximum of Rs.3.50 (rupees three and paise 
				fifty only) per piece.

95.03				9.5% (nine point five per cent only) of f.o.b. value 
				subject to a maximum of Rs.10.65 (rupees ten and paise 
				sixty-five only) per piece.

95.13				8% (eight per cent only) of f.o.b. value subject to a 
				maximum of Rs.3.40 (rupees three and paise forty only) per 
				piece.

96.08				13.5% (thirteen point five per cent only) of f.o.b. value 
				subject to a maximum of Rs.7.10 (rupees seven and paise 
				ten only) per piece.
